At Resiaction Staffordshire Ltd, we believe in investing in our people from day one. Our internal mentoring and coaching programme is designed to give every employee the support, guidance, and development opportunities they need to grow and succeed.

Through a planned and extensive training package, we help you build your skills, gain confidence, and map out a clear path for career progression. You’ll have access to a blend of professional qualifications, expert-led internal training, hands-on workshops, and continuous one to one coaching from experienced mentors who genuinely care about your development.

Working with partners SCT we are able to enrol all candidates on the Professional qualification within the first 3 months of employment.  The Training Coordinator has a clear 12 month training plan which all new candidates are enrolled on within their induction and continued specialist training throughout their time with Resiaction, including PACE training and ongoing therapeutic support training to ensure all our young peoples complex needs are met.

Within our children’s residential services, we recognise that high quality care starts with well-supported, confident, and skilled staff. Our internal mentoring and coaching programmes are designed to nurture professional growth at every stage of your career, providing structured guidance, development opportunities, and ongoing support.

All employees have access to tailored training pathways that build core skills, enhance practice, and prepare them for future roles. This includes professional qualifications, specialist workshops, and hands on coaching from experienced practitioners who understand the unique demands of residential childcare.

A key part of our commitment to career progression is our dedicated Managers’ Mentoring Programme. This initiative pairs aspiring and newly appointed managers with seasoned leaders who provide one to one mentoring, leadership development, reflective practice sessions, and practical guidance on managing teams and delivering outstanding care.

Together, these programmes create a clear, supportive pathway for staff to grow, develop, and progress ensuring our teams feel empowered, equipped, and confident to make a lasting difference in the lives of the children and young people we support.
