ResiAction is delighted to announce its partnership with SAAAB (Safeguarding Against Aggressive Antisocial Behaviour). SAAB supports young people to manage their behaviour through sports such as boxing, bike riding, horse riding and much more.
SAAB works with young people in their homes and the community to support managing behaviours that challenge them. This gives young people an outlet to manage their emotions and become happier, productive individuals.
ResiAction, in collaboration with SAAB, has opened a school to provide further opportunities for children and young people who are enrolled in education.

At ResiAction Staffordshire Ltd, we believe that high-quality residential childcare starts with highly

qualifications, specialist training, and continued learning opportunities designed specifically for the
residential childcare sector. Through this tailored programme, our staff are supported on structured
career pathways aligned with regulatory standards, best practice, and the real-world needs of the
children and young people we care for.
Investing in Skills, Knowledge and Future Leaders
Through our partnership, ResiAction team members are able to work towards key qualifications such
as:
Professional Level 4 in Residential Childcare
Professional Level 5 Leadership & Management
Additional specialist CPD aligned Management skills, Strategic Leadership and other career
development training
Training is delivered through blended learning, combining college expertise with on-the-job
experience and reflective practice within our residential homes. This approach ensures learning is
meaningful, practical, and directly applied to daily care experiences with young people.
A Supportive Learning Environment
Both organisations are committed to ensuring staff feel valued, motivated, and empowered
throughout their training. With access to experienced tutors, dedicated workplace mentors, and
ongoing pastoral support, learning is never an isolated journey — it is a shared commitment to
excellence.

By developing our staff professionally, we are not only investing in individuals — we are investing in
safer, more nurturing, and more resilient futures for the young people in our care. The partnership
with Sutton Coldfield College reinforces our mission to build a high-quality, knowledgeable and
