organisation.

Recruitment and Employment Practices
Resiaction Staffordshire Ltd maintains robust recruitment and employment procedures designed to

- Ensuring all staff are recruited through fair, lawful, and transparent processes
- Carrying out appropriate pre-employment checks
- Ensuring all employees receive contracts of employment with clear terms and conditions
- Paying staff fairly and in accordance with applicable legislation, including the National
Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements
- All staff engaged in delivering services for Resiaction Staffordshire Ltd are subject to
thorough and rigorous recruitment procedures.

Training and Awareness
Resiaction Staffordshire Ltd provides training to ensure staff understand the risks of modern slavery
and know how to identify and report concerns. Training is overseen by the Training Coordinator,
Operations Manager, and Registered Managers and includes:
Employee induction training
Mandatory safeguarding training
Ongoing learning and development modules
Awareness training relating to modern slavery and exploitation
Reporting Concerns
Any employee who has concerns regarding modern slavery, human trafficking, or exploitation is
encouraged to report these concerns immediately.
Concerns can be raised:
- Through line management
- Via the organisation’s Whistleblowing Policy
- Directly to senior management or Registered Managers
All reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially wherever
possible. Employees raising genuine concerns will be protected from detriment or victimisation.
Review
This statement will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective, compliant with legislation,
and reflective of best practice.
